Job description

Job Descriptions:

1. Track and deliver shipments from pickup to delivery.
2. Manage staff, subcontractors, and part-time workers to ensure proper and complete task execution.
3. Stand in as a hub manager when necessary.
4. Handle cash on delivery payments and ensure daily banking.
5. Work closely with customer service to fulfill customer requests.
6. Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth functioning.
7. Control inventory and manage shipments to minimize missing or damaged parcels.
8. Perform any other tasks as instructed by superiors.

Additional Responsibilities:

1. Conform to ISO 23412 Cold Chain Management System (CCMS), ISO 45001 Occupational Health & Safety Management System, and Halal Assurance System.
2. Ensure safety for oneself and others.
3. Participate in QMS, OHS, and GDPMD related programs such as training, campaigns, and inductions.

Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in any field.
2. Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
3. Preferably a Senior Executive specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
4. Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
