About the role

Are you a talented UI/UX Designer looking to join a dynamic and innovative company? CMGI Sdn Bhd, is seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer to join their team in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. This is a full-time position where you will play a crucial role in creating intuitive and visually engaging user experiences.

What you'll be doing

Create and iterate on designs - using Sketch or Figma, including wireframes, prototypes, mock-ups, storyboards, user flows, and journey maps for various user scenarios and platforms (web, mobile, dashboards, reporting tools).

Conduct user research and competitor analysis - to understand user needs and inform design decisions, continuously improving based on usability testing, analytics, and feedback.

Collaborate closely with developers and product managers - throughout the design and development lifecycle, participating in reviews and presenting concepts to stakeholders for feedback and approval.

Prepare and document all design assets - including sliced visuals and clear specifications, ensuring they are ready for smooth development implementation.

Ensure responsive, optimized designs - for all screen sizes and devices, maintaining consistency and usability across the user experience.

What You Bring

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Multimedia Design, or a related field, with at least 2 years of hands-on UI/UX design experience, especially in application-based products.

Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe XD, or equivalent software.

Skilled in translating user requirements into intuitive, accessible, and user-friendly designs, with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Experienced in cross-functional team environments, balancing creativity with deadlines, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.

Proven ability to design interfaces across various platforms, including desktop, mobile, and tablet devices.
