What you will do

1. Lead projects for new equipment or improvement actions.
2. Follow up on LOH improvement actions, monitor effectiveness, and close the loop with MEEQ teams.
3. Continuously identify equipment risks, update EFMEA, escalate issues, develop reject trends, and close EFMEA actions as planned.
4. Review and follow up on QA roving audits and improvement actions, ensuring effectiveness and efficiency.
5. Lead and drive continuous improvement projects to meet quality goals with the process team, developing systemic actions based on quality strategies.
6. Be responsible for quality system improvements in backend testing.
7. Support and approve new equipment, new designs, and new processes.
8. Coordinate with project teams on qualification and validation of new products/process changes.
9. Support customer complaint investigations and internal quality incidents.

What you will need

1. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.
