The Role

At Huel, we are proud of our brand and the reputation we've built quickly. We now aim to expand further. We are seeking a Retail Marketing Manager who is a strategic thinker and an expert in German Retail Marketing. Fluency in English and residence in Germany are required. This position is fully remote with frequent travel to our HQ in Tring, UK.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Penetration and Rate of Sale Growth
• Leading Voice for the German Market
• Market Insights and Summaries
• Cross-functional Liaison including Budget and Agency Management

Candidate Profile

This role is ideal for someone with proven experience in Food Retail Marketing, especially as the go-to expert for Germany. You should be a strong leader, innovative, data-driven, and comfortable presenting market insights to senior leadership. Budget management skills are essential.
