In your new role, you will:

1. Manage warehouse inventory, including sample scrap management.
2. Drive and moderate departmental NLoZD / Quality systematic approach.
3. Handle project management (NLoP, NLoZD, etc.) at MAL Global Sample Centre.
4. Enforce conformity in line with procedures and legal requirements.
5. Analyze statistical costs, budget planning, and monitor operations at MAL Global Sample Centre.

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Quality Management (preferred).
• Knowledge of SAP system and tools such as 8D, 5WHY, FMEA, Pareto analysis (advantageous).
• Resourceful, self-motivated, with strong leadership qualities and willingness to accept risks and face challenges.
• Familiarity with project management software, methodologies, and best practices.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build cross-functional relationships.
