Job Summary

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Report to team leader for daily operation. Escalate abnormalities to leader to check and clarify.
2. Complete daily job in time to achieve KPI requirement.
3. Meet SMC core values - Quality/Productivity/Teamwork/Job Knowledge/Work Environment - Health, Safety & Security/Reliability & Dependability.
4. 5S management.
5. Check-in the IQC passed cargo. Enter the cargo data, including Date code, batch, revision, and COO into E-Logbook for inventory control.
6. Arrange the cargo storage location per material category and do physical put-away.
7. Double check the picked item to make sure the P/N and quantity is correct.
8. Resolve the discrepancy problem between SAP and E-Logbook to keep inventory accurate.
9. Execute daily cycle count and annual physical count.

Qualifications

1. Diploma is required. Bachelor’s degree or above is a plus for this position.
2. 2.3Y experience in warehouse operation.
3. Experienced in any kind of ERP (SAP/others) and WMS system.
4. Basic computer skills (Outlook/Word/Excel/PowerPoint, etc.)
5. Quick learning, careful, logic thinking is important to this position.
6. Able to work under pressure and urgent situation.
7. Good interpersonal skill in working with relevant parties.
8. Ethics and Integrity.
