Manager, Project Planning & Development / In-house Architect

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Manager, Project Planning & Development / In-house Architect to join our dynamic development team. As a Manager, you will oversee and optimize project planning and development processes to ensure successful project execution. You will collaborate closely with architects, consultants, designers, authorities, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time.

Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Developing comprehensive project plans with timelines, resource allocation, and deliverable schedules, and updating them as needed.
  2. Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
  3. Fostering collaboration and communication among cross-functional teams and facilitating regular project status meetings.
  4. Maintaining detailed documentation of project plans, schedules, budgets, and reports, and keeping stakeholders informed.
  5. Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing best practices.
  6. Cooperating with other departments on pre-planning and feasibility studies.
  7. Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  8. Ensuring projects adhere to industry standards, regulations, and stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements.

Requirements

  • Degree in a related field of Project Planning, Development, or Architecture.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience, preferably in property development.
