Job description

As a Senior Executive, Human Resources, you will play a key role in developing and executing HR strategies while managing daily operations. Your responsibilities will include workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, benefits administration, training facilitation, and compliance.

You will optimize HR policies, enhance workflows, and contribute to employer branding and employee experience initiatives. Your goal is to ensure smooth HR operations while driving strategic improvements that align with business objectives.

You will be responsible for:

  1. Developing and monitoring HR performance metrics and KPIs.
  2. Analyzing HR data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  3. Preparing reports and presentations for senior management.
  4. Leading workforce planning efforts with department heads.
  5. Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding

  • Managing job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and hiring.
  • Conducting market research on hiring trends and talent availability.
  • Strengthening employer branding to position BFA as a preferred employer.

Performance Management & Employee Development

  • Overseeing the performance review process and ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Developing employee career growth plans and overseeing training programs.

Employee Benefits & Claims Management

  • Administering staff insurance policies in compliance with labor laws.
  • Managing employee claims, including medical, travel, and reimbursements.
  • Maintaining relationships with insurance providers for optimal coverage.

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies.
  • Driving HR digitalization initiatives for improved efficiency.
  • Maintaining and enhancing HR documentation, contracts, and policies.

Employee Engagement & Event Coordination

  • Planning and executing engagement programs, workshops, and networking sessions.
  • Organizing HR-related events and team-building activities.
  • Supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.

Payroll, Documentation & Process Improvement

  • Maintaining HR records with accuracy and compliance.
  • Identifying inefficiencies and recommending process improvements.

Task Force & Cross-Functional Initiatives

  • Participating in special committees and task forces as assigned.
  • Supporting ESG, HSE, and CSR initiatives in line with company policies.

  • Proven experience in HR strategy and operations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficiency in HR software, payroll systems, and labor regulations.
  • Ability to work methodically, meet deadlines, and multitask.

You will require the following qualifications and skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4 - 7 years of relevant experience in HR strategy or operations.
  • Exposure to the Oil & Gas Consulting industry is a plus.
