Job Summary
  • Provide Employee Benefits solutions to intermediaries and customers.
  • Ensure the highest level of assistance/support is rendered to intermediaries or customers.
  • Connect with related internal or external parties to ensure delivery of services required (e.g., third-party administrators, TPAs) to intermediaries or customers.
  • Ensure activities, plans, and business decisions are aligned and appropriately executed.
  • Provide timely feedback on changes in industry preferences, regulations, and competitors.

The position is mainly responsible for driving sales channel targets at the regional level with the Bank partnership (UOB). To provide support in all segments and UOB branches for Personal Financial Services, Mortgage, Business Banking, and Commercial Banking to achieve the yearly target for Banca. This also includes managing internal stakeholders on various strategies and BAU matters.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities
  • Achieve yearly targets and support all segments of UOB branches in Personal Financial Services, Mortgage, Business Banking, and Commercial Banking.
  • Service and support Business Partners (UOB) based on designated branches by providing product training and sales coaching, joint fieldwork, event coordination, and other business development activities.
  • Promote key KPIs such as NBP, Active Ratio, Productivity, and Average Case Size in line with the company's strategic direction.
  • Promote a healthy product mix focusing on protection-based products.
  • Support New Business Penders management and post-sales servicing matters.
  • Organize, facilitate, and drive bancassurance through training, client events, and sales activities related to bancassurance.
  • Strategize and plan to achieve regional sales targets.
  • Collaborate and maintain good relationships with business partners.
Job Specification
  • Possess a recognized Degree/Diploma/Certificate in any discipline.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience in the financial industry.
  • Strong product knowledge, especially in insurance.
  • Knowledge of insurance, banking, and other financial products.
  • Sales and achievement-oriented with a positive mindset and a good team player.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with multilingual ability.
  • Able to travel outstation.
