Responsibilities
  • As a brand ambassador of SMCP, deliver excellent client experience, embody its image to promote the brand and the collection with solid production knowledge and storytelling.
CRM
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Monitor and support the team in CRM management.
  • Lead the team to achieve sales targets and KPIs to maximize business.
  • Be proactive in reacting to business needs with corrective actions.
Operations
  • Ensure team compliance with operational processes (cash register, stock, visual merchandising).
  • Handle internal communications regarding compliance.
  • Guarantee the security and safety of the team and goods.
  • Manage all sales-related reports.
People Management
  • Collaborate with HR for recruiting and training talents.
  • Analyze team performance, motivate, coach, and develop team members.
  • Handle people-related issues and reviews promptly.
Requirements
  • Secondary education graduate.
  • Minimum 8 years of related experience, including at least 3 years as a shop-in-charge, preferably in fashion retail (ready-to-wear).
