We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong interpersonal skills, creative thinking, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:

1. Source and arrange meetings with potential prospects interested in purchasing properties.
2. Generate leads, schedule appointments, and communicate with clients to identify their property requirements.
3. Attend customer inquiries and provide property recommendations that meet their needs.
4. Liaise with lawyers, bankers, and purchasers on SPA and loan documentation to ensure smooth execution.
5. Manage sales launches, handle walk-in customers, and respond to inquiries via email, phone, or other communication channels.

Marketing Activities:

1. Research industry trends and monitor competitor activities.
2. Source advertising opportunities and support marketing campaigns.
3. Maintain and manage the marketing database to ensure effective communication.
4. Provide regular sales performance reports and market trend analysis to management.

Customer Service:

1. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by ensuring satisfaction and prompt responses.
2. Address overdue payments, discrepancies, and follow up with clients for payment collection.

Administrative Support:

1. Prepare and issue accurate invoices, receipts, and reconcile accounts with the finance team.
2. Assist in preparing quotations and completing ad-hoc tasks assigned by the management.

Roadshow Participation:

1. Participate in roadshows and marketing events to promote company properties and engage with potential customers.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: SPM or higher education in any field from a recognized institution.
• Relevant working experience in property development or a similar field is an advantage.
• Creative and analytical thinking with excellent attention to detail.
• Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (both written and spoken) to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Strong PC skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Willingness to work on weekends, public holidays, and rotational shifts.
• Possess own transport and willingness to travel occasionally and commute between projects.
