Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and nurturing Infant Caregiver with a Nursing background to join our team in Eco Majestic, Selangor. You will play a crucial role in the early development, safety, and well-being of infants aged 0–18 months in a warm, hygienic, and caring environment.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide daily care for infants, including feeding, bathing, diapering, sleep management, and interactive play.
  2. Apply professional childcare knowledge for early stimulation and basic infant massages.
  3. Monitor and document infant health, growth, and developmental milestones.
  4. Help the baby develop healthy routines and daily habits.
  5. Ensure a safe and hygienic environment, adhering to JKM and KPWKM regulations.
  6. Communicate clearly and respectfully with parents about their child’s progress.
  7. Administer first aid and respond promptly in emergencies.
  8. Support developmental activities and emotional care in a structured routine.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Nursing or related fields (MOH-recognised institution), e.g., Early Childhood Education or Psychology.
  • Registered with the Malaysian Nursing Board (Lembaga Jururawat Malaysia).
  • Possess a valid Annual Practising Certificate (APC).
  • Certified in Infant & Child CPR and First Aid.
  • Up-to-date immunisation records (MMR, Tdap, Hep B, Flu).
  • Minimum of 1 year professional experience in infant, paediatric care, or confinement centres.
  • Basic knowledge of Kursus Asuhan PERMATA (KAP) or willingness to attend.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and/or English.
  • Clean medical history and no criminal record.
  • Loving, patient, responsible, proactive, and well-mannered.

Salary & Benefits

  • Monthly Salary: RM2,200 – RM3,000 (depending on experience and qualifications).
  • Contributions to EPF & SOCSO.

Preferred Skills

  • Previous experience in Taska or childcare settings.
  • Strong understanding of infant development and care routines.
  • Warm, patient, and responsive to infant needs.
  • Team player and committed to safety and hygiene standards.
  • Able to communicate well in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
