Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Assist the Assistant Vice President in developing strategic approaches during the project delivery phase, especially during development planning, to ensure effective monitoring and control of projects.
2. Work on development feasibility, cash flow budgeting, planning, monitoring, and reporting via project dashboards during development activities; liaise with authorities regarding planning approvals.
3. Coordinate with local authorities (Selangor and Pahang) on planning approvals at pre-development and project implementation stages, including KM, BP, R&D, and other related approvals.
4. Collaborate with relevant consultants during pre-development and project execution to ensure work is executed as planned.
5. Implement company policies, SOPs, and follow instructions as required.
6. Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

1. Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Building, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Planning, Quantity Surveying, or related property fields.
2. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in property development or similar roles.
3. Strong knowledge of project development, construction management, contract administration, with attention to detail and innovative problem-solving skills.
4. Knowledge of architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical works.
5. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
6. Team player with self-motivation and a proactive attitude, capable of working independently.
7. Ability to liaise effectively with consultants and authorities.
8. Willing to work long hours, face challenges, and meet deadlines.
9. Proficient in project management within time, cost, and quality constraints.
10. Computer skills including Microsoft Office, Power BI, AutoCAD, Photoshop; additional skills are an advantage.
