Job description

Job Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement administrative management strategies to ensure the efficiency and smoothness of daily company operations.
  2. Assist with daily administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management.
  3. Coordinate company meeting arrangements, business receptions, and travel management to ensure all activities are conducted efficiently and orderly.
  4. Support the execution and implementation of corporate events and activities.
  5. Manage, maintain, and procure company vehicles and fixed assets (including office furniture) to ensure a safe and comfortable working environment.
  6. Oversee the management of workplace cleaning staff and security personnel, coordinate with property management, and manage office leasing affairs to maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized workplace.
  7. Handle administrative matters related to clients and suppliers, maintaining strong partnerships while ensuring all operations comply with relevant regulations and standards.
  8. Regulate procurement contract management, control budgets and administrative costs reasonably, and enhance the efficiency of resource utilization.
Requirements
  • Strong service orientation with excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in office software applications.
  • Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Administrative management experience in large-scale enterprises (over 100 employees) is preferred.
  • Valid driver's license required.
