Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement administrative management strategies to ensure the efficiency and smoothness of daily company operations.
- Assist with daily administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management.
- Coordinate company meeting arrangements, business receptions, and travel management to ensure all activities are conducted efficiently and orderly.
- Support the execution and implementation of corporate events and activities.
- Manage, maintain, and procure company vehicles and fixed assets (including office furniture) to ensure a safe and comfortable working environment.
- Oversee the management of workplace cleaning staff and security personnel, coordinate with property management, and manage office leasing affairs to maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized workplace.
- Handle administrative matters related to clients and suppliers, maintaining strong partnerships while ensuring all operations comply with relevant regulations and standards.
- Regulate procurement contract management, control budgets and administrative costs reasonably, and enhance the efficiency of resource utilization.
Requirements
- Strong service orientation with excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in office software applications.
- Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Administrative management experience in large-scale enterprises (over 100 employees) is preferred.
- Valid driver's license required.
