Objectives of the Position

  • Conceptualizing and managing service delivery optimization initiatives within Finance Services Asia Pacific, by working closely with various stakeholders and teams.

Main Areas of Responsibilities and Key Activities

Project Management:

  • Support the senior manager to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Execute project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project goals and objectives.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive project success.

Coordination and Support:

  • Provide coordination and support to Finance (Order-to-Cash team) in the strategic initiatives.
  • Assist in the development and execution of business strategies and plans.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making processes.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other communication materials.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Support optimization of service relationships and service delivery satisfaction levels of regional stakeholders.
  • Support the Senior manager to collaborate with key stakeholders to align project objectives and ensure their engagement and support.
  • Effectively communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement

  • Execute the region-specific process excellence improvement within guardrails set by global process excellence counterpart.

Requirements

Education

  • Professional qualification in Finance (e.g. CA, CPA, etc.) or MBA or Master degree in Finance / Accounting or related disciplines

Working Experience

  • Minimum 4 years in Finance and/or Controlling and/or Credit Management Function or consulting firm

Technical & Professional Knowledge

  • Good business acumen and good financial/qualitative analytical skills
  • Work with high self-motivation, high reliability and responsibility, dedicated for outstanding performance and passionate to drive team performance and innovation
  • Good project management and leadership skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, very strong leadership skills, collaboration and communication skill, high integrity
  • IT Skill: Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), SAP and Business Warehouse, Data Analytic tools (PowerPivot, PBI), interested in digitalization trend
