Job description

1. Able to provide general administrative support, including managing the Principal's calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings.

2. Assist with student registration and maintain accurate enrollment records.

3. Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping.

4. Handle financial matters including invoicing, fee collection, and record keeping.

5. Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports for meetings and events.

6. Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, memos, and official communications.

7. Assist Principals in planning and organizing school events, workshops, parent-teacher meetings, and conduct research as needed.

8. Coordinate communication with parents, address inquiries, and maintain positive relationships.

9. Collaborate with administrative staff, teachers, and support personnel to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

  1. Willing to work at Jalan Setia Perdana BE U13/BE, 40170 Shah Alam, Selangor.
  2. Must be able to communicate in Mandarin; English and Bahasa Malaysia are supporting languages.
  3. Proficient in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  4. Experience with image and video editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, CapCut, Adobe Premiere.
  5. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  7. Willing to learn and take on challenges.
  8. Responsible and team-oriented.
  9. Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  10. Must have experience in administrative roles.
