Your Tasks
  • Support the Commercial team to grow DHL Express market share in Time Definite International products, service charges, and surcharges.
  • Conduct market research regularly and provide the latest market information and insights for management review.
  • Maintain a database for product and service pricing.
  • Support the management to implement and communicate changes to products, service charges, and surcharges promptly to staff and customers.
  • Assist in planning and compiling the annual sales revenue budget and monthly reforecast, including data collection, analysis, assumptions, and proposed changes.
  • Prepare sales performance reports for regular business reviews.
  • Provide support such as revenue performance analysis by products and price simulations to management.
  • Liaise with research agencies on market research studies and follow up on results.
  • While the role has no direct reports, the candidate should demonstrate the ability to influence decisions and actions.
Your Profile
  • 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in logistics, transportation, or multinational companies.
  • Degree in Business Administration or related disciplines.
  • Proficient in English (reading and writing).
