Job Description & Summary
A career in our Acquisition Advisory practice, within Deals Transaction Services, will provide you the opportunity to help organizations realize the potential of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and capital markets. We assist leading companies in originating, creating, executing, and realizing value from deals, using data-driven insights to ensure maximum value for their companies.
Our team offers financial due diligence to support informed transaction decisions related to acquisitions. As part of the team, you'll assist with strategy assessment, deal structuring, due diligence, valuation, and integration.
