We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager specializing in construction projects, with excellent leadership skills and a passion for delivering high-quality works.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Ensuring all projects operate within the schedule.
  2. Familiarity with procedures & requirements in compliance with local authority pertaining to CPC & CCC implementation.
  3. Preparing the Site Organization Chart, Master Work Program, and work schedule for daily operations.
  4. Working closely with the project team, including subcontractors, consultants, and other professionals such as Quantity Surveyors (QS).
  5. Coordinating all internal & external efforts for proper job execution.
  6. Communicating with customers/clients to fulfill their requirements.
  7. Attending site meetings and preparing progress reports, daily manpower/resources reports as required.
  8. Ensuring all construction work adheres to procedures and specifications, overseeing quality of workmanship and materials.
  9. Leading project teams to complete work on time, minimize wastage, and stay within budget.
  10. Working with management to establish and control project budget, claims, and manpower planning.
  11. Coordinating and liaising between all parties involved, including material procurement, delivery, and installation.
  12. Managing changes or variations to plans, ensuring proper verification, measurement, and client approval.
  13. Managing day-to-day construction activities, problem-solving on-site, and facilitating collaboration.
  14. Implementing safety measures, monitoring site conditions, and ensuring compliance with health and environmental regulations.
  15. Meeting ISO system requirements through procedures, documentation, and audits.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in a senior leadership role within civil and building construction.
  • Proven track record managing complex projects on time, within budget, and to high standards.
  • Deep knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership and team motivation skills.
  • Proficiency in project management and construction software (AutoCAD, Microsoft Office).
  • Understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., PMP).
