Position Title: ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE EXPERT

Industry: General and Wholesale Trading

Job Description:

  1. Ensures timely and accurate recording of receipts and matching of invoices with AR ledger.
  2. Monitor and follow up on collections, liaise with customers on outstanding debts via email and phone call.
  3. Reconcile customers’ outstanding payments, resolve payment discrepancies and billing disputes.
  4. Prepare weekly aging receivable report & open payment item report.
  5. Ensure adherence to company credit and collection standards and policies.
  6. Assist in year-end audits for credit control and accounts receivables functions if required.

Salary: 3000~4000 (RM)

Requirements:

  1. Working experience in payment collection or operation support team preferred.
  2. Diploma or Degree in any field.
  3. Able to speak English, Bahasa Melayu, and Mandarin preferred.
  4. Meticulous, detail-oriented and organized.
  5. Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Independent and good team player.
  7. Committed and possess positive attitude.
  8. Able to work under pressure and adhere to tight closing deadline.
  9. Experience with same role or trading company customer service.
