Contexte et environnement

As a Sales Executive at TotalEnergies Marketing Malaysia Sdn. Bhd., you will play a crucial role in driving the company's sales growth and achieving its business objectives. This position is based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, and involves gaining new market share in the AO segment through the development of new accounts, as well as retaining and growing current customer accounts to ensure continued growth of market share and profitability within the assigned territory.

Activités
  1. Regular visits to customers to provide marketing, sales, and technical assistance.
  2. Monitor and control the credit limits of customers and propose revisions of new credit limits.
  3. Monitor and stay updated on the market and key competitors’ activities and developments.
  4. Establish contact and build relationships with prospects; recommend solutions to develop new customers.
  5. Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; research and recommend new opportunities; suggest profit and service improvements.
  6. Ensure all customer requirements and orders are met by internal departments.
  7. Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organizational standards.
  8. Update and maintain SALSA as required, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  9. Identify business opportunities by researching prospects and evaluating their industry position; analyze sales options.

What We're Looking For

  • Preferably a Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales.
  • Passion for selling and a strong desire to deliver results.
  • Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office, email, and internet technologies.
