In this role, you'll be at the forefront of customizing and implementing Sunway business applications, combining your technical skills with a deep understanding of business needs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Work closely with customers to gather requirements, configure applications, conduct testing, and document system configurations.
2. Develop and configure solutions that integrate smoothly with ERP platforms and external systems.
3. Partner with the principal professional services team to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently.

What We’re Looking For

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in software development.
• Solid foundation in object-oriented programming.
• Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.
• A proactive mindset with exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Experience with Esker OnDemand solutions is a plus.
• Willingness to travel when required.
