Job Summary:

1. Availability to work on the following days and shifts:
   • Monday: Morning, Afternoon
   • Tuesday: Morning, Afternoon
   • Wednesday: Morning, Afternoon
   • Thursday: Morning, Afternoon
   • Friday: Morning, Afternoon
2. Minimum 2-3 years of relevant work experience required.
3. Expected salary: RM3,000 - RM3,300 per month.

Requirements and Responsibilities:

• Proficiency in Mandarin.
• Lead finance functions including accounting, treasury, tax, billing, budgeting, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with MASB standards and ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
• Prepare monthly financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
• Manage tax planning, audits, and liaise with external auditors.
• Monitor accounts receivable, collections, and cash flow risks.
• Improve financial performance and ensure legal/regulatory compliance.
• Maintain secure and accurate accounting systems (UBS, Microsoft Office).
• Collaborate with sales and customers to resolve billing and payment issues.
