About the role

As a Site Engineer at Green Summit Development Sdn Bhd, you will oversee the day-to-day construction activities at our development project in Miri, Sarawak. This full-time, on-site role involves close collaboration with the project management team to ensure the successful delivery of civil and structural engineering plans.

What you'll be doing
  1. Supervising and coordinating construction activities to ensure adherence to design specifications, safety protocols, and project timelines.
  2. Reviewing and interpreting engineering drawings, plans, and technical documents to communicate requirements effectively.
  3. Monitoring site progress, identifying issues, and proposing solutions to maintain momentum.
  4. Conducting site inspections and quality assurance checks to uphold high standards.
  5. Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders for smooth operations.
  6. Ensuring compliance with building codes, environmental regulations, and safety guidelines.
  7. Maintaining detailed records of site activities, progress, and variations.
What we're looking for
