Manage incoming calls and receive visitors so that all callers/visitors are dealt with promptly, courteously, and accurately.

Job Description

  • Receive and correctly route incoming and outgoing telephone calls at a switchboard or multi-line phone and maintain long-distance call logs.
  • Take and distribute accurate messages.
  • Greet visitors, determine the nature of their visit, issue visitor passes, maintain visitor logs, alert appropriate parties of visitor arrival, or direct visitors to the appropriate office, department, or employee.
  • Respond to routine inquiries from internal or external sources, such as organization’s location, hours of operation, phone numbers, or email address.
  • Perform miscellaneous administrative activities such as booking meeting rooms, typing, organizing and distributing mail, receiving and sending courier packages, some data entries, and record tracking.
  • Assist in corporate administrative services within approved policies and objectives.
  • Perform any other ad hoc tasks delegated by the superior.

Job Requirements

  • A degree in a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role is an advantage but not essential.
  • Willing to relocate to the job location.
