To monitor and supervise a team of accounts staff on a day-to-day basis to ensure compliance with accounting procedures and proper record-keeping.
Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial management reports.
Review and verify accounting transactions prepared by subordinates.
Check and verify all payments prepared by subordinates and ensure timely payment of crucial ones.
Liaise and coordinate with auditors and subordinates in managing the yearly audit.
Ensure tax compliance and liaise with tax agents and subordinates regarding taxation of the assigned companies.
Attend internal and external meetings as required.
Assist with other related functions if needed.
