Job Overview Develop basic market research skills and competencies via on-the-job learnings and other online/offline trainings, with limited support from a senior member or project leader.
Essential Functions
Support the project team in the overall execution of market research projects to ensure timely delivery, taking main responsibility for proposal preparation.
Assist in drafting research materials and other tasks leading up to final report preparation. For quantitative studies: Questionnaire design, table specs, code frames, report charting with error-free writing, and key takeaway messages. For qualitative studies: Drafting discussion guides, conducting in-depth interviews with necessary supervision from the project leader, preparing content analysis/summary of IDIs, and assisting in qualitative report preparation.
Become familiar with basic market research methodology and industry knowledge, taking responsibility for overall project management with minimal support from the project leader.
Maintain effective communication and coordination with supporting modules, such as FW, Data Process, and Quality Control teams to ensure smooth project progression.
Manage time and resources effectively when handling multiple studies.
Maintain effective performance and emotional intelligence management under pressure.
Provide on-the-job coaching to analysts, researchers, or interns if available.
Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field required.
