Job description

Collaborate with the team by providing right fit and business-result-oriented learning & development solutions in a productive learning culture, enabling all employees with competencies, skills, and experiences to reach their full career and professional potential. You will work within the dynamic Talent Development (TD) community, contributing locally or regionally to processes, programs, administration, or project management under appropriate guidance.

Job Description
  1. Contribute to the TD team vision by collaborating to deploy TD frameworks, projects, and initiatives across talent development, including assignments across Asia.
  2. Engage with business and HR communities to identify competency and business gaps, conduct development needs analyses, offer interventions, and provide fulfillment statistics periodically.
  3. Manage the annual training plan and execution, including new hire welcome sessions, ensuring timely and quality delivery with proper organization, documentation, and onsite support as needed.
  4. Promote awareness and utilization of global learning and development opportunities within Infineon, experimenting with modern formats such as mobile and social learning to foster a learning culture.
  5. Use data analysis tools for reporting and insights, applying analytics for potential improvements, and staying updated on industry trends like HR digitization and new ways of working.
  6. Serve as the local contact for HR PS team regarding training administration and logistics.
Your Profile
  1. Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in human resources, psychology, or social sciences; related experience is a plus.
  2. Comfortable working in an intercultural and dynamic environment.
  3. Growth mindset with a proactive attitude.
  4. Strong data analysis, detail orientation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  5. Proficiency with Microsoft tools.
  6. Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both verbal and written.
