Facilities Data Analyst & Administrative Support
Join our team as a Facilities Data Analyst cum Administrator at our Data Centre, where you'll manage critical facilities information, analyze data, and compile customer reports to meet challenging requirements and timelines.
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage and update the internal Facilities database and Job Order ticketing portal regarding customers’ equipment rack energy utilization, ensuring data accuracy through regular verification and stakeholder communication.
- Consolidate and verify data from HVAC monitoring systems to prevent disputes and address issues promptly.
- Conduct data centre equipment rack audits and site inspections to maintain data accuracy.
- Prepare and update monthly data centre performance reports for clients and management, ensuring timely submission.
- Provide monthly equipment energy utilization reports to the Billing Department, verifying accuracy to avoid disputes and adhere to SLAs.
- Supply equipment power utilization data as required for contract renewals and power allocation revisions.
- Manage Job Order ticketing related to customer inquiries and equipment rack activation/termination requests, maintaining accurate database updates.
- Monitor and update equipment rack labels, power circuits, and consumption readings in the Building Management System, reporting anomalies for rectification.
- Collaborate with data centre personnel to analyze issues and propose solutions using data analytics.
- Handle administrative tasks such as PR/PO, invoicing, documentation, and record-keeping for audit purposes.
- Assist in filing and consolidating maintenance and service reports.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by your supervisor.
Qualifications and Skills:
- At least STPM, Diploma, Bachelor's degree, or relevant qualification with two years of experience; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Knowledge of M&E systems and HVAC operations is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint (intermediate or above).
- Detail-oriented, organized, and insightful with good data interpretation skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify root causes.
- Resourceful, proactive, and able to work under pressure independently.
- Effective team player with good interpersonal skills.
- Full-time position based in Kuala Lumpur, with support to Cyberjaya as needed.
