Join Our Risk Management Team

We are looking for a dedicated professional to manage non-financial risks for a Takaful operator. If you meet the criteria below, we welcome your application and the opportunity to discuss your fit for this role.

Minimum Requirements
  • Relevant qualification in Accounting, Finance, Actuarial Science, or equivalent.
  • Over 8 years of experience in the Insurance or relevant financial industry; experience in public listed or multinational organizations is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Third Party Risk Management, Strategic Risk, Transformation Risk, Operational Risk, and Emerging Risks.
  • Ability to analyze data and inform decision-making.
  • Familiarity with laws and regulations by BNM.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Proactive, forward-looking, able to work independently and collaboratively.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Implement and enhance requirements in the Risk Framework, Policies, and Procedures.
  2. Prepare periodic Risk Management Reports to support management decisions.
  3. Lead risk assessments across various domains including Operational, Outsourcing, Third Party, Project, and Emerging Risks.
  4. Provide risk advisory and guidance to stakeholders.
  5. Coordinate risk forums and committee proceedings.
