SAP Technical Lead

a) Experience & Education

• Minimum 7 years of experience as an SAP Basis professional, including at least 2 years managing a team of technical engineers.
• University degree in Computer Science or related disciplines, or equivalent work experience.

b) Technical Skills

• Proficiency in both On-Premise and SAP ECS environments.
• Strong understanding of SAP applications, infrastructure, security, and team leadership capabilities.
• Experience designing Cloud Infrastructure Architecture covering Compute, Storage, Network, High Availability, Disaster Recovery, and Monitoring.
• Experience installing, configuring, and supporting SAP NetWeaver for ECC, S/4, BW/4, PaPM, GRC, GTS, BRIM, Solution Manager/Cloud ALM, and HANA DB.
• Proficiency in SAP-Basis activities, architecture, setup, upgrade, migration, and operations.
• Excellent knowledge of Linux OS, Ansible, storage environments, file systems, and network protocols.
• Deep understanding of SAP HANA.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Jira, Bitbucket, and Confluence.
• Understanding of Agile and DevOps methodologies.

c) Soft Skills

• Strong management and team leadership skills.
• Ability to lead and monitor technical teams, ensuring adherence to standards across SAP and non-SAP landscapes and integrations.
• Adaptability and responsiveness to change.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Team player, capable of working in a multicultural environment.
