JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for the sales of assigned projects and properties in accordance with the rules and procedures, meeting individual sales targets and overall business objectives.
Attend to customer inquiries, including calls/emails and walk-in customers, by providing prompt and quality services during and after sales.
Monitor and track the sales process effectively for efficient closing and documentation within the set time frame.
Prepare leads reports, compile and solicit registration databases, and ensure proper recording in the system.
Develop and expand the customer base while maintaining strong client relationships.
Provide excellent sales and after-sales services to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis for new and existing projects, including identifying unique selling points, market trends, target markets, product mix, and pricing packages.
Contribute to marketing and planning of the company’s launches, events, roadshows, and exhibitions by actively participating, providing constructive feedback, and sharing creative ideas.
Assist in managing social media postings (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
Support purchasers with loan applications and ensure smooth processing of Sales & Purchase Agreements (SPA) and loan documentation.
Compile and prepare weekly sales reports for management review.
Maintain show units, sales galleries, and exhibition booths in excellent condition.
Assist with the handover of completed properties to purchasers.
Perform any other duties assigned by management to support company objectives.
REQUIREMENTS:
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, or equivalent.
Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in Property Sales; experience in property development is preferable.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Positive outlook and highly motivated.
Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills with a proven ability to close deals.
Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (both verbal and written).
IT/Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Possess a valid driving license and own transport.
