Job description

As a Sales and Marketing Executive at SH WINE & TOBACCO SDN BHD, you will play a vital role in driving new business growth for our dynamic company. In this full-time position based in George Town, Penang, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to expand our customer base and increase revenue.

What you'll be doing

1. Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within our target markets
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
3. Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to promote our products and services
4. Attend trade shows, industry events, and networking functions to generate new leads
5. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase our offerings
6. Collaborate with the wider sales and marketing team to share best practices and drive continuous improvement
7. Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and performance

What we're looking for

1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
2. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
3. Excellent negotiation and closing skills
4. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales/marketing tools
