SENIOR EXECUTIVE, HUMAN RESOURCES (PAVILION DAMANSARA HEIGHTS MALL)

The Senior Executive, Human Resources will be responsible for managing all aspects of the Human Resources functions and will have a matrix reporting line.

Responsibilities
  1. Human Resources Planning & Staffing:
    • Handle the staffing process from recruitment to onboarding.
    • Manage induction for new employees.
  2. Employee Relations:
    • Ensure all employees are aware of HR policies and procedures and respond to inquiries.
    • Attend to employee grievances and provide guidance.
    • Advise management on employee relations issues.
    • Plan and organize social activities for employees.
  3. Training and Development:
    • Coordinate with training providers on training needs in consultation with Line Managers.
    • Ensure adherence to performance management procedures.
  4. Payroll and HR Administration:
    • Handle payroll processing for all employees.
    • Administer employee benefits such as health insurance and leave.
    • Maintain up-to-date employee information in the HR Information System and personnel files.
    • Maintain records of benefit plans and employee statistics for government/statutory reporting and audits.
Requirements
  1. Diploma/Degree in Human Resources or related courses, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  2. Minimum of 3 years' relevant work experience.
  3. Strong knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act, Labour Laws, and Grievance Procedures.
  4. Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken).
  5. Experience in implementing and improving HR systems and procedures.
  6. Familiarity with recruitment processes.
  7. Ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise sound judgment, and work independently.
  8. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
