NIQ GFK CMI’s Customer Success Team is focused on delivering world-class insights and reports to clients, striving for a high level of customer satisfaction and advocacy.

Customer Success is NIQ GFK’s key department, instrumental for the company’s success.

A successful candidate will establish strong relationships with clients and colleagues, becoming a trusted partner working with various client teams including marketing, sales, and category management.

You will need to understand client needs and create presentations that help achieve their strategic and tactical goals.

Responsibilities

  1. Lead a team of 3-5 analysts to deliver high-quality, actionable insights.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders.
  3. Coach and develop team members, encouraging innovative approaches to client briefs.
  4. Manage internal stakeholders and projects to meet client requirements and deliver top-quality services.
  5. Share best practices and industry knowledge across teams.
  6. Deliver analytics and insights services, and conduct client training on products such as Brand Health, segmentation, Usage & Attitudes, Customer Experience, Shopper, and Qualitative research.
  7. Ensure research and analytics are flawless and meet client expectations.
  8. Identify opportunities during client engagements and coordinate with Account Development for pursuit.
  9. Understand client business priorities and how our services support their goals.
  10. Craft compelling insights and provide clear, actionable recommendations to help clients grow their business.

Job Requirements

  • Graduate or Postgraduate with 5+ years' experience in consumer insights, data analytics, or research.
  • Experience in consumer or market research industries is preferred.
  • Knowledge of data analytics industry, products, and solutions like Brand Health, Segmentation, Usage & Attitudes, Customer Experience, and Shopper solutions.
  • Awareness of market trends and their impact on customers.
  • Ability to adapt to different markets, languages, and systems.
  • Customer-centric mindset.
  • Excellent time management and project delivery skills.
  • Problem-solving and solutions-oriented approach.
  • Engaging presentation skills.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, both internally and with clients.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience working in analytical environments.
  • Coaching or managerial experience.
  • Positive, creative approach to problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

Candidate must be located within Malaysia and be a resident of the country/region.
