Job description

  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in company secretarial or corporate secretarial practice.
  • Proficient in Mandarin (spoken, written, and reading) – to communicate with our overseas Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Familiarity with the Companies Act 2016 and SSM MyCoID portal.
  • Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Law, Corporate Governance, or related fields.
  • Skills required:Corporate Law Knowledge, Compliance Management, Board Governance
  • Able to work independently with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • A team player with good time management skills.

Added Advantages (Preferred but not mandatory): -

  • Candidates who are available to start immediately will be given priority.
  • Familiar with MBRS or other electronic filing platforms.
  • Experience handling multiple clients/portfolios.
  • Knowledge in using corporate secretarial software.
  • Assist in preparing and filing statutory documents in compliance with the Companies Act 2016, regulations, and guidelines.
  • Maintain and update statutory records, registers, and resolutions.
  • Prepare board resolutions, minutes of meetings, and related documentation.
  • Liaise with clients, SSM, LHDN, auditors, and other relevant authorities.
  • Ensure timely filing of Annual Returns and other statutory documents.
  • Support incorporation of new companies and changes to existing structures (e.g. directors, shareholders, business nature).
  • Provide administrative and client communication support as needed.
