Full Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Stock control by running an inventory availability check to confirm whether the concerned products are present at the source (Warehouse) or otherwise.
- Issuance of Delivery Orders and Invoices.
- Maintaining office systems, including data management and filing.
- Manage daily incoming calls and outgoing documents.
- Keep records of customer feedback and complaints.
- Ensure all documents are kept and controlled.
- Receiving and directing visitors.
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned by superior or management from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least an SPM or equivalent.
- Possess working experience, preferably in environment handling and preparing delivery orders and invoices.
- Dynamic, meticulous, self-motivated, good team player, and fast learner.
- Proactive and versatile with strong initiative as well as the ability to work independently.
- Required languages: English & Bahasa Malaysia.
