Security Support, Corporate Security Office

Responsibilities include:

  1. Regularly patrol designated areas, monitoring for suspicious activity and ensuring the safety of the premises.
  2. Access Control: Control access to buildings and facilities, verifying identification and ensuring only authorized personnel are permitted entry. Monitor CCTV and surveillance equipment to detect potential threats and respond to alarms.
  3. Respond to emergencies, alarms, and calls for assistance, providing immediate action and reporting incidents to appropriate authorities.
  4. Security Procedures: Enforce security protocols and procedures, ensuring they are followed by all personnel and visitors.
  5. Visitor Management: Issue visitor passes and verify their identities.
  6. Safety and Security: Ensure the safety and security of personnel, property, and assets.
  7. First Response: Serve as first responders in case of emergencies, providing immediate assistance and support.
  8. Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with supervisors, colleagues, and other relevant parties.
  9. Documentation: Keep detailed records of incidents, patrols, and other relevant security activities.
Requirements:
  • Minimum educational qualification of at least SRP/SPM.
  • Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or related fields such as Police, Auxiliary Police, Army, security guard, RELA, etc.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for documenting incidents and effective communication.
  • Ability to interact professionally with the public, employees, and handle conflict or crisis situations.
  • Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws and regulations related to security and safety.
  • Willingness to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call duties.
Experience:
