Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger maintenance.
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Provide financial insights and analysis to support business decisions.
Accounting and Compliance
Ensure accurate and timely bookkeeping in adherence to regulatory requirements.
Maintain compliance with company policies, tax regulations, and local accounting standards.
Budgeting and Reporting
Support the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
Monitor financial performance against budgets and identify areas for improvement.
Cash Flow and Cost Control
Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure liquidity for operations.
Review and control company expenditures to optimize cost efficiency.
Administrative and Team Collaboration
Collaborate with other departments to provide financial support for operational and strategic initiatives.
Assist the COO and finance team with audits and special financial projects.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience: 2–4 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance; experience in the wholesale or FMCG industry is an advantage.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, SAP, or equivalent).
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel for financial modeling and reporting.
Core Competencies:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
