Job description

Job Responsibility

The Fleet Coordinator is responsible for, but not limited to:

  1. On-site vehicle scheduling and arrangement at the gateway sorting center.
  2. Coordinating with the regional driver team.
  3. Real-time monitoring of regional trucks.
  4. Timely handling of abnormal vehicle situations, reporting to relevant units or departments.
  5. Communicating with gateway staff for smooth operations.
  6. JMS Task Order / Vehicle seal checking.
  7. Ensuring all vehicles depart and arrive on time.
  8. Preparing daily reports.
  9. Performing ad hoc tasks assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements
  1. Educational background in Logistics / Supply Chain or a relevant field of study.
  2. Candidates must possess at least a Degree.
  3. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal.
  4. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  6. Ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
  7. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  8. Ability to work rotating shifts (Morning/Night).
