Role Responsibilities:

• Define and lead manufacturing projects and initiatives aligned with factory priorities.
• Ensure alignment between the Factory Leadership Team and Local Leadership Teams.
• Support the sharing of manufacturing best practices, knowledge, standards, and improvements across factories.

Ideal Candidate Attributes:

• Fresh graduates with less than 1 year of working experience.
• CGPA of 3.2 or above.
• Excellent team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Interest in gaining hands-on experience in the FMCG industry.
• Willing to commit to a minimum of 12 months.
