Our Company is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Executive to support administrative roles in the operations department. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring smooth daily operations across multiple departments, including Engineering or Facility, Production, and Public Relations.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to department heads and team members, including managing correspondence and maintaining records.
  • Coordinate interdepartmental communication and collaborations, facilitating effective information flow.
  • Prepare, file, and organize documents and reports.
  • Ensure documents and data are accessible and up to date.
  • Assist with data management tasks, including tracking progress, compiling data, and preparing presentations as needed.
  • Organize and coordinate departmental meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on actions.
  • Manage departmental office supplies and resources.
  • Support public relations by managing communications, organizing events, and handling inquiries across departmental personnel.
  • Ensure departmental staff adhere to company policies and safety regulations.
  • Perform general office duties as required.

Requirements:

  • SPM, Diploma, or Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is required; proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possess own transport.
  • Willing to work in our Factory in Shah Alam, Selangor.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
