Responsibilities:

1. To train, develop, motivate, retain, and encourage employees to improve current job efficiency.
2. To lead subordinates to execute production-related duties.
3. To monitor production work practices to ensure that products are produced to agreed specifications.
4. To allocate General Workers according to the headcount and abilities efficiently.
5. To ensure raw materials are sufficient to run production as per schedule and maintain continuous production.
6. Maintaining GMP/housekeeping at a high level within the department through the involvement of all team members.
7. Adhere to quality procedures as in process instructions and process records.
8. To ensure the machinery and equipment are operated in a safe manner.
9. To recommend improvements of facilities, equipment, or procedures to improve safety, quality, and efficiency.
10. Work in accordance with Health and Safety procedures/rules.
11. Fix minor issues that may arise with the production line and troubleshoot when production issues occur.
12. To work in harmony and as a team with co-workers and meet production goals.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• SPM/STPM/Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 3 to 5 years of working experience in a supervisory capacity, preferably from the food manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
