We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Admin Account Assistant to support our finance and administrative team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage payments, invoices, and other related documents
  2. Compile financial documents
  3. Manage petty cash, project claims, and banking tasks
  4. Manage office supplies and documentation
  5. Provide assistance with basic HR responsibilities
  6. Facilitate communication with colleagues, suppliers, clients, external auditors, company secretaries, and tax agents
  7. Offer ad hoc support as needed

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Accounting or a related Business field
