Position: Sales Manager
Salary Package: Basic RM3,500 + Allowance + Commission = Gross Salary RM10K - RM12K
Working Location: JB Town Area

Working Days & Hours: Monday - Thursday: 8.30am - 6.30pm ; Friday: 9am - 6pm
Job Descriptions:
- Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals in alignment with organizational objectives.
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback to maximize individual and team performance.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends, conducting market research and analysis to inform sales strategies and product development initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and other cross-functional teams to develop sales collateral, promotional materials, and go-to-market strategies to support sales efforts.
- Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions to ensure team alignment, motivation, and continuous improvement.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies, adapting sales strategies and tactics accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
