What will you do?
As a Senior Executive in the Finance team, you are the main point of contact between operations and head office finance and administration, providing strong financial and operations support to the Management.
Work closely with management to ensure accurate and timely monthly management and year-end financial reports are submitted to HQ.
Review and analyze accounts, cash flow, and profit projections to generate management reports that accurately reflect the financial performance of the business against plan.
Assist management in setting annual budgets and tracking sales revenue and expenditure.
Manage and maintain the accounts receivables, accounts payables, and the overall accounting system to ensure accurate and timely collections, payments, and recording of income and expenditures.
Examine and verify all revenue and expense transactions, records, and prepare reports for management.
Assist in legal and commercial document preparation, review, conduct KYC and background checks on new customers, and assist in credit control and management.
Assist in developing and administering financial and operational policies, liaising with external stakeholders to ensure compliance with statutory requirements, financial regulations, and group policies.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance or similar.
Professional Qualifications (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) are a plus.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the hospitality industry.
Familiarity with SQL and/or Xero is an advantage.
Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Enthusiastic about learning, team-oriented, and able to work independently.
Self-motivated, meticulous, organized, and dedicated.
