Job description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Track and ensure timely delivery of shipments from pickup to delivery.
2. Manage staff, subcontractors, and part-time workers to ensure they perform their duties properly and completely.
3. Stand in as a hub manager when necessary.
4. Handle cash on delivery payments and ensure they are banked daily.
5. Work closely with customer service to fulfill customer requests.
6. Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth functioning.
7. Control inventory and oversee shipments to minimize the risk of missing or damaged parcels.
8. Perform any other tasks as instructed by superiors.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Conform to ISO 23412 Cold Chain Management System (CCMS), ISO 45001 Occupational Health & Safety Management System, and Halal Assurance System.
• Ensure safety of oneself and others.
• Participate in QMS, OHS, & GDPMD programs such as training, campaigns, inductions, and others.

Minimum Requirements:

• Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent in any field.
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Preferably a Senior Executive with specialization in Logistics/Supply Chain or related fields.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
