We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX designer to join our team. As a UI/UX designer, you will play a key role in creating user-centric designs and seamless experiences across our digital platforms. If you are passionate about crafting intuitive interfaces and have a strong understanding of user behavior, we'd love to hear from you.

Job Description:-

Conduct user/consumer research to understand behaviors, needs, goals & purchase objectives.

Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas and interactions.

Design and iterate on user interfaces that align with user needs, business requirements, and brand guidelines.

Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure technical feasibility and a seamless implementation of designs.

Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to iterate on designs and improve the overall user experience.

Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design and incorporate them into design processes.

Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the organization and educate stakeholders on the importance of UX design.

Job Requirements:-

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field. **A portfolio demonstrating relevant design experience is required.

At least 3 years of proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, InVision, or similar.

Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.

Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and applying user feedback to improve designs.

Solid knowledge of responsive design and mobile app design principles.

Excellent visual design skills with an eye for detail and a passion for creating aesthetically pleasing interfaces.

Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams.

Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing project requirements.
