Job description

Provide support in the planning and tracking of the shipment / delivery of products.

Organize and manage transportation.

Receive and check deliveries to ensure that the correct amount and type of stock is delivered.

Monitor transported and delivered materials for timeliness and legality.

Liaise and follow up on orders with suppliers.

Assist in completing reports or documentation related to shipments and inventory.

Support loading/unloading, sorting, stocking, and ordering products.

Review, prepare, and route purchase orders.

Ensure the safe and timely pick-up and delivery of shipments.

Address and resolve shipment and inventory issues.

Monitor and support maintaining sufficient stock levels of the company's inventory/products.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM/O-Level, Professional Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience is required.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Must have a GDL license (to deliver stocks).
• Ability to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Responsible, hardworking, trustworthy, and able to work independently.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to plan and prioritize complex workloads, and meet deadlines.
