This role supports the Vice President, Finance - APAC region, with responsibilities including:

1. Ensuring accurate and timely financial analysis, planning, and reporting.
2. Supporting the preparation of monthly business reviews, performance tracking, and variance analysis.
3. Monitoring performance indicators, highlighting trends, and analyzing causes of unexpected variances.
4. Managing budgeting processes, financial forecasting, operating plans, and modeling tools.
5. Evaluating processes to improve efficiencies and understanding ROI in marketing and new projects.
6. Monitoring advertising and promotion spending and controlling claim processes.
7. Managing the full balance sheet of relevant business units.
8. Ensuring compliance with corporate policies, procedures, and applicable accounting standards (Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Philippines, etc.).

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in FMCG commercial finance, with a solid statutory/audit/tax background.
• Preferably with exposure to Southeast Asia or APAC environments.
• High integrity, well-organized, meticulous.
• Strong communication and leadership skills; able to work independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
